O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) We are informed that the sub-tenant has agreed to pay the amount to the petitioner directly against the dues payable by the respondent to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner expresses some reservation that it should not be construed as any privity of contract. We make it clear that since the payment is being made on behalf of the respondent, the amount may be paid directly by the sub-tenant in the name of the petitioner. In that manner, the draft/cheque for the same to be handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent to the learned counsel for the petitioner on or before 07.06.2015. On receipt of the said amount by the petitioner, the contemnor stands discharged.

2. The Contempt Petition accordingly stands disposed of, with liberty to revive in case of any violation.
