Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent dated 10.09.2014 bearing Ref.No.Na.Ka.1929/2014 Nov.; order dated 24.12.2014, bearing Ref.No.Na.Ka.1929/2014 Nov., and Order dated 01.04.2015 bearing Ref.No.Na.Ka.1929/2014 No., and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to approve the confirmation order of the Gold appraiser post and the fixation of salary equivalent to the Junior Assistant from 01.04.2014 of the 2nd respondent dated 18.10.2013.
