O R D E R

The grounds raised in the present petition seeking to quash the charge sheet are all the factual aspects which require to be established during the course of the trial.

2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner herein has raised several grounds challenging the charge sheet, this court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is consciously deferring from giving any of its reasoning since the Trial Court is seized of the matter and proceedings are pending on its file.

3.The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds at the time of final disposal of the proceedings in C.C.No.87 of 2018 before the Court below.

4.For the foregoing reasons, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
