This petition is filed to condone the delay of 495 days in preferring the appeal.

Heard Ms.M.Shobana, learned counsel for Ms.C.Bhuvanasundari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the first respondent. The second respondent is set ex parte.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 495 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
