ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 20.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6595 of 2024, thereby directed the second respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from the date of his appointment with all attendant benefits within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent approved the appointment of the petitioner by the proceedings dated 15.07.2025. She also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 15.07.2025 passed by the second respondent before this Court.
