ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.213 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.On a complaint given by one Senthil, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.213 of 2015 for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) read with 34 IPC against the petitioners herein. Now, it appears that the petitioners/accused and the defacto complainant have amicably resolved all their issues and they have come forward for quashing the FIR.

4.Today, Ms.R.Sumathi, Sub Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Chennai-7, is present before this Court. 5.Mr.R.Senthil, defacto complainant and one Mr.R.Panidan, who is also one of the victims, are present before this Court. Both of them have filed individual affidavits, wherein they stated that the matter has been amicably settled with the petitioners/accused and that they have no objection for quashing the FIR in Crime No.213 of 2015. 6.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the FIR in Crime No.213 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent, is hereby quashed, relying upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Narinder Singh and Others Vs State of Punjab and Another reported in [2014] 6 SCC 466. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
