ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the main R.C.A.No.722 of 2017 in an expeditious manner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that R.C.A.No.722 of 2017 is posted for argument of the respective counsel.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the sole respondent-C.P.Zainbha is no more and the petitioner has been taking time to bring the legal representatives on records and therefore, the proceedings in R.C.A.No.722 of 2017 before the Appellate Authority is stalled.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed an application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that RCA is already posted for advancing arguments, no further orders are necessary in this civil revision petition.
