This petition is filed to condone the delay of 119 days in preferring the appeal.

All the respondents are served.

Mrs.Ramya V. Rao, learned counsel represents respondent 1. There is no representation for respondents 2 and 3, though being served and the names and addresses of respondents 2 and 3 are shown in the cause-list.

The delay is only 119 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 119 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
