ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his act of willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.07.2024 passed in WP.No.17283 of 2024, thereby the respondent was directed to 1/4

consider the case of the petitioner for family pension within a time frame.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 27.11.2024 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.17283 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 27.11.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 27.11.2024, this contempt petition is closed.
