This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 378 Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 30.01.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2018 in S.C.No.74 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (FTC) Erode and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.6 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police by allowing the Criminal appeal.

JUDGMENT

The Criminal Appeal has been filed by the appellant to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 30.01.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.4 of 2018 in S.C.No.74 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (FTC) Erode and to set aside the same.

2. Today When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
