Mr.C.Emalias, APP in all Crl.OPs C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to modify the conditional order dated 03.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.Nos.1141 to 1144 of 2015 passed by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet.

2. It is seen that this petitioner has been granted bail by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet on 03.09.2015 and thereafter, conditions have also been modified by the learned Magistrate, in which, the petitioner has been directed to report before the respondent police monthly once. To relax the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Since the bail order and further conditions have been imposed by the trial Court, it is open to the petitioner to move the trial Court and seeks for relaxation of the condition.
