This petition is filed to condone the delay of 983 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.8,87,110/- in the above Appeal Suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has paid the entire court fee on 08.09.2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 983 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
