2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent that the investigation in F.I.R.No.58 of 2012 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.474 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Puducherry.
