2022, having stood over for consideration till this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court and material papers in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.Nilaphar, Counsel for M/s.C.S.Sreenedhi, Counsel for the appellant and Mr.J.R.K.Bhavanantham, Counsel for the respondent No.2 and Mr.K.P.Gopalakrishnan, Counsel for respondent Nos.

i)That the Judgment and Decree dated 29th day of July 2009 made in A.S.No.93 of 2008 by the Principal Sub Judge,

Chengalpattu, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 26.08.2008 made in O.S.No.115 of 2003 by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram;

ii)That there be no costs in the above Second Appeal; SD/- ASSISTANT REGISTRAR // TRUE COPY // SUB ASSISTANT REGISTRAR sai To 1.The Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu.
