This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 235 days in representing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. Despite the receipt of notice, neither the respondents appeared nor entered appearance through their counsel.
4. The 1st petitioner would aver that on complying with the returns, some delay occurred and thereafter, the bundle was misplaced and it was traced and represented, thereby delay of 235 days occurred in representing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made by the petitioners, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
