The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the written statement of D3 in C.S.No.224 of 2024.

2. Mr.J.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.1393 of 2025 in C.S.No.224 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
