PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned proceedings in No. 47477/I1/15 dated 17.11.2015 passed by the 1st Respondent and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and perverse in law and consequently directing the 1st Respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd Respondent to register the Petitioner's Sangam and issue the Registration Certificate to the Petitioner's Sangam.
