Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.3.2018 and dispose of the same in the light of the Circular dated 7.2.2018 vide RBI/2017-18/129 DBR.No.BP.BC.100/21.04.048/2017-18 issued by the first respondent by granting Moratorium period of 180 days to regularize the loan.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that they made a representation on 12.3.2018 to the second respondent bank in view of the Circular dated 7.2.2018 issued by the Reserve Bank of India. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been decided by the second respondent bank. Hence, the petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to the second respondent bank to decide their representation.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent states that the said representation will be decided within a period of three weeks from today in the light of the Circular dated 7.2.2018 issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
