C.M.P.No.6874 of 2020 in S.A.No.199 of 2008 P.T.Asha, J.

The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 3038 days in filing the petition to restore the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.199 of 2008, which was dismissed for default on 19.10.2011.

2. Since the attempts to serve the respondents on their last known address was unsuccessful, this Court had directed paper publication in one issue of Malai Malai, a Tamil daily. The said publication is also effected and the respondents have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay for filing the petition to restore the above Second Appeal. Accordingly, the above petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the restoration petition.
