This revision has been filed challenging the acquittal of the respondents 2 and 3 in C.C.No.661 of 2009 by the Learned Judicial Magistrate NO.II, Panrutti by judgment dated 3.11.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that under the Code of Criminal Procedure, the defacto complainant/victim has got a right of appeal against the acquittal before the Sessions Court.
