PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus,respondents to pass orders for granting approval of appointment of the petitioner from the date of initial appointment with effect from 30/07/2010 in modification of approval of appointment issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.7827 / Aa1 /2011 dated 14/08/2012 by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03/07/2013 as well as the proposal forwarded by the 4th respondent school dated 09/07/2013 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including the payment of arrears of salary within a time frame.
