The matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri in D.No.430/2022 dated 03.11.2022.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in CRP.No.1318 of 2016, this Court by an order dated 17.06.2022, directed to dispose of REP.No.44 of 2015 in OS.No.242 of 2005 within a period of eight weeks. However, the learned District Munsif, Krishnagiri has sent communication dated 03.11.2022 narrating the sequence of proceedings and sought further time to dispose of the same.
