Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta in the petitioner name for the land comprised in S.No.600 to an extent of 39 cents situated at Kundrathur Natham Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022 and 03.03.2022.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 31.01.2022 and 03.03.2022 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land comprised in S.No.600, measuring an extent of 39 cents situated at Kundrathur Natham Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for issuance of patta', learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.04.2022, the petitioner's representations for issuance of patta were considered and the same were rejected, vide proceedings dated 22.04.2022 in Rc.No.2970/2022/B1 and the same has been served to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the submission made by the learned Government Advocate.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. However, petitioner is at liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
