This Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to amend the plaint as (i)in the short cause title of the plaint strike out the name of the fifth defendant Mrs.B.K.Kamala and substitute for the same the name Mrs.B.R.Kamala. (ii)in the long cause title of the plait in paragraph 2 in the description of the 5th defendant in the first line strike out the name of Mrs.B.K.Kamala and substitute for the same with the name Mrs.B.R.Kamala.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application. Accordingly, the application stands ordered. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the corrections by 28.10.2021.
