ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code 1860 in Crime No.14 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein, in view of the family dispute attacked the defacto complainant causing grievous injuries. 3.

The Accident Register indicates that the defacto complainant has sustained dislocation of ulna, which was caused by using the iron rod.

4. Considering the nature of the injuries caused and the weapons used and further taking into consideration of the conduct of the petitioner, who is absconding after causing grievous injuries to the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
