O R D E R

This revision arises against the fair and decreetal order dated 06.04.2017 made in I.A. No. 1064 of 2016 in O.S. No. 145 of 2015 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Attur.

2. This revision petition is filed challenging the order of the court below, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner since there was no representation for the petitioner and for non-payment of Commissioner fee fixed by the court below.

3. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the revision petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application, under the provisions of law, seeking for extension of time to pay the commissioner fee, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with the above direction. No costs.
