Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 24.07.2024 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent herein dated 17.10.2024 vide Pa.Ma.No.197/2023/E2 in respect of the property measuring to an extent of 3600 sq.ft in Survey No.94/4 situated at Royanallur Village, Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvarur District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, the same is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The prayer is to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's revision petition dated 24.07.2024 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law within the time that may be fixed by this Court.
3. The case of the petitioner is that originally, he filed the revision petition within time, ie., on 24.07.2024, but before the wrong authority, deeming it as if it is an appeal. When the same was returned, it was represented before the 1st respondent.
4. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
5. Thus, the revision petition filed by the petitioner shall be deemed to have been filed on 24.07.2024 and shall be treated as within time and shall be disposed of in accordance with law on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy. Even the prayer of interim order shall be considered by the revisional authority.
