Dhanasagaran ..Respondent(s) Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to survey the land by taking police protection from the respondent pursuant to the petitioner's request vide e-challan dated 11.01.2025 vide petition No.2025/0123/31/007607 in respect of the property at Survey No.334/5 and 335B/3 patta No.604, 723 at Thimmanaikempatti village, pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

WP No. 9219 of 2026 Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to survey the land by taking police protection from the respondent pursuant to the petitioners request vide e-challan dated 11.1.2025 vide petition No.2025/0123/31/007608 in respect of the property at Survey No.334/2 patta No.2366, 723 at Thimmanaikempatti village pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, GA For R1, R3, R4 & R6 Mr.V.Meganathan, GA For R2 & R5 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners had submitted representations dated 11.01.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to these respective writ petitions. Since the said representations have not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed these writ petitions.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1, 3, 4 and 6. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 7 to 11, notice to them in these writ petitions is dispensed with.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent, if the aforesaid representations of the petitioners are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections from the private respondents as well as any other party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the land in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the private respondents, and also to any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to these respective writ petitions, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If any need arises, the third respondent is permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of

such request, the fifth respondent police shall render necessary police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
