ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2024 for cancellation of patta bearing No.1638 & 2134 and issuance of patta in his favour of the petitioner, as per Partition Deed bearing Document No.1112/1987 dated 24.07.1987.
2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that despite the property has been allotted in the name of his father, now the patta has been granted in favour of the 6th respondent. In this regard, he has also given a representation dated 03.04.2023 for cancellation of the patta standing in the name of the 6th respondent and issuance of patta in his favour.
3. Since the petitioner has sought a very limited prayer to consider his representation dated 03.04.2023, this court, without going into the Page No:2/5
merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023, on merits, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the 6th respondent, and dispose of the same, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
