C.M.P.No.7391 of 2023 is filed to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement.

2.C.M.P.No.7392 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 5 to 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased respondent 2 and rank them as respondents 5 to 7 in this C.R.P.

3.C.M.P.No.7394 of 2023 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent.

4.Mr.P.Paul Selvam, the learned counsel enters appearance for the proposed respondents 5 to 7.

5.These petitions stand allowed accordingly.
