Praying (a) to declare the Executive Committee meeting already on 23.12.2017 thereby fixing the General body meeting on 30.12.2017 for declaring the prepared list of office bearers as office bearers of the 1st defendant without following the clause 15 of the bylaws of the 1st defendant is null and void, and consequential injunction restraining the 1st defendant from conducting any elections as on 31.12.2017 and subsequent dates without following the bye-laws of the 1st defendant. (b) to direct the 1st defendant to conduct the election of the 1st defendant as per clause 15 of the bye-laws of the 1st defendant and publish the result.

JUDGMENT

Since the application itself is disposed of by appointing Advocate Commissioner to monitor election process, I am of the view that nothing survives in the suit for contesting the issue. 2.Accordingly, the suit itself is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
