O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Alandur to dispose the case in C.C.No.152 of 2017, within a time limit.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent is not appearing before the court with an intention to drag on the proceedings. Hence, he seeks for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.152 of 2017 as early as possible.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances and also that the C.C.,is of the year 2017, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Alandur, to complete the trial proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
