CR.NO.592 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.3278/2021 dated 23.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PUNNIAKOTI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3278 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.592 of 2020, while granting bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered.
