By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.It is the claim of the petitioner that his father namely Rojakrishnama Naidu was granted ryotwari patta in pursuance of the order passed under Section 11 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act 1948 (Act XXVI of 1948) by the Settlement Tahsildar, Chengalpattu in S.R.No.11/76 Section 11(a)/XXVI/48/SDT dated 10.07.1976 and S.R.No.10/76/Sec 11 (a)/XXVI/48/SDT dated 09.07.1976. Thereafter, the father of the petitioner was granted patta No.657 in respect of the said properties.

3.The petitioner would further state that his father died on 28.06.1993 leaving behind the petitioner and his sister Mrs.Rajakanthammal as is legal heirs and they inherited the estate of the deceased. The petitioner later on came to know on enquiry for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and his sister that in respect of the properties above cited, the revenue authorities have issued patta in respect of the above properties to various other persons, without affording any opportunity or enquiry to the petitioner and in this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation on 09.02.2015 to the respondents and since, he has not favoured with any response from the respondents, is constrained to approach this Court by filing this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondents.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.D.Palani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 5.Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation dated 09.02.2015 filed by the petitioner, this Court, directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2015 filed by the petitioner, after putting on notice the persons concerned, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
