2. This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.23479 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard Mr.P.Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition that the respondent has no serious objection to the relaxation of the same.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.23479 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders.
