ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) on the petitioner in

C.KUMARAPPAN, J.

Crl.M.P.No.6506 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4995 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 in R.R.No.01 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6506 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4995 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
