Mr.P.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner was working as Superintendent in the Government Primary Health Centre, Adiyakkamangalam. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was kept under suspension for more than 2 1⁄2 years. In spite of his representations dated 07.07.2020, 19.10.2020 and 02.12.2020, the respondents have not considered the revocation of suspension till date.

3.Considering the limited prayer, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 07.07.2020, 19.10.2020 and 02.12.2020, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
