This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 26.10.2023. The petitioner is stated to have filed an appeal before the respondent which is a wrong forum and the same was returned. Unless the appeal is filed before a proper forum or numbered, a direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

While so, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw this writ petition and has also endorsed the same on the docket of the case bundle.

Considering the above circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum and file the appeal by following the due process with limitation. No costs.
