This application has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to disburse the unpaid salaries payable to 17 employees of the company under liquidation.

2. A report has been filed by the Official Liquidator dated 12.11.2024. As seen from the same, out of the total disbursement amount of Rs.7,72,715/-, a sum of Rs.6,40,163/- has been paid by the Official Liquidator to the applicants on 23.09.2024 and a balance sum of Rs.1,28,033/- has to be paid.

3. The learned Official Liquidator seeks for a direction from this Court for disbursement of the balance amount of Rs.1,28,033/- to the applicants.

4. This Court is satisfied with the report submitted by the learned Official Liquidator and accordingly, this Court directs the Official Liquidator to disburse a sum of Rs.1,28,033/- as salary dues to the applicants who were earlier employed in the company under liquidation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
