PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection for ingress and egress of vehicles and people from in and out of the petitioner company premises and further vacate the trespassing workmen by ensuring that no striking workers assemble illegally in any form within the radius of 700 meters from the petitioner's company premises, viz., Plot No.7, Sipcot Industrial Park, Vallam, Vadagal Village, Sriperumpudur, Kanchipuram-631 604 pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2024. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint/representation dated 11.03.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent.
3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 1st respondent in person along with all the relevant documents and the 1st 2/4
respondent shall act upon the same and conduct an enquiry and take a final decision, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
