This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On reading of the complaint dated 03.02.2014, it essentially appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party with regard to the inadequate construction allegedly done by the opposite party. In a case of this nature, in order to give a criminal colour to it, the petitioner has stated that she had been criminally intimidated.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court cannot give positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
