C.M.P.No. 9676 of 2022 in S.A. No. 205 of 2015 T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioner/proposed 4th appellant herein as legal representative of deceased 1st appellant.

2. Mr.P.Neethi Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 14.09.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and respondents 8 to 10 and 12 appeared and raised their formal objections.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st appellant is impleaded as 4th appellant in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 02.08.2022 for arguments.
