"On 19.06.2023 it was observed that there was no representation for either side and the matter was ordered to be listed after two weeks.

2. When the matter is taken up today also, there is no representation for the petitioner; hence, the matter is ordered to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 12.07.2023. "

3. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for default.
