Placing reliance upon the judgment and decree in A.S.No.49 of 2001 dated 28.09.2001 passed by the Principal Subordinate Court, Villupuram, the petitioner made two representations dated 16.09.2013 and 09.12.2013 seeking issuance of patta. As the said representations have not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.09.2013 and 09.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
