ORDER
The present civil miscellaneous petition is filed to amend the cause title by removing the name and address of the Power Agent of the 1st respondent and to incorporate Mr.M.S.Mohammed Yousuf, 154, Angappa Naicken Street, Chennai - 600 001 instead of M.S.Mohammed Yousuf, 154, Angappa Naicken Street, Chennai - 600 001, represented by Power Agent M.Ravi, 29, Thiruvengadasamy Street, Saligramam, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contends that the first respondent is the owner of the property, whereas the second respondent is the agreement holder. The amendment was sought to replace the power agent, whose power was cancelled by the first respondent. Despite service of notice and private notice on the first respondent and his name also reflects in the cause list, no one appears for the first respondent. The second respondent has no objection for allowing the petition.
3. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed in the above terms. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the civil revision petition in the usual course.
