In a suit filed for partition, the plaintiffs have filed this application seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents from encumbering or alienating the suit schedule property.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1, 3 and 4 at paragraph 10, it has been stated that the respondents undertake not to create any encumbrance over the property till the time of probating the Will.

3. The statement of the respondents are recorded and the application is closed.
