ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.3537 of 2016, by order dated 01.02.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 01.02.2016 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and that the respondent has passed an order on the representation of the petitioner. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 03.03.2018 issued by the respondent.
4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if he so desires.
