Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the trial court on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. as imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5346 of 2017 in Crl.A. No.128 of 2017 by order dated 06.06.2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SARVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5346 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.128 of 2017 by order dated 06.06.2017.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court on 06.06.2017 regularly.

3. Taking note of the compliance of the petitioner, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall appear
