Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to remit a sum of Rs.67,000/- to the petitioner, being the balance of medical claim of Rs.2 lakhs of undergoing medical treatment and surgery at 7th respondent hospital from 12.2.2018 to 24.2.2018, under the New Health Insurance Scheme for pensioners 2014.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Insurance Company, fairly made a submission that in the event of submitting the medical bills by the writ petitioner to the respondent-Insurance Company, the same will be considered based on the Scheme.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent-Insurance Company, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit all the relevant medical bills and the documents to the respondent-Insurance Company, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such documents/ medical bills from the writ petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
