When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 17.12.2021 and 11.01.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 20.01.2022 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today, i.e. 20.01.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again it was called at 01:05 a.m., none appeared for the petitioner.

Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
